with effects starting from 29thMAYo7
Our training will no longer be tue and fri(2days)
there will be an EXTRA day, Wednesday

So it will be TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (3days/week)
TUESDAY-Indoor
WEDNESDAY- not yet confirmed (Most probably Outdoor/Alternate with Volleyballers)
FRIDAY- Outdoor

The time have not yet been confirmed will update asap!(:

With an extra day of training means we have to train harder
after a day of strenuos training, REMEMBER TO DO COOL-DOWN!
or else you'll end up with muscle aches!& thats nasty.

DARK- we voted Main-Black with Reds
LIGHT-we voted Main-White with silver/grey/gold

haha the colours might be changed bah.

to those who didn't put enough effort for CA( which includes ME! )

teachers MIGHT* not allow ya to take part in CDIV season!

Now the seniors no longer training with us
we must spice up the team a lil (without Jolinna's laughter)
but still be serious at times (:
hope those with injuries will be better
takecare for the last two trainings before MYE (:

ohand at the end of may till the start of june like 1 week like that
im flying to China, so co-orperate with our Darling Marilyn ok?
i didn't want to go but i've gt no choice ):
sorry i feel so bad you guys are training so hard while im away somewhere
and im so so sorry that i can't contribute much to the team
well i hope i'll improve fast and get back my standard
