It's sure hectic to be training on all weekdays with only one resting day.

I'll come down when I'm free but I can't guarantee it'll be frequent.

However, due to the increase in price, which is really ridiculous, I guess we shan't have any embroideries unless it's within our budget. I will distribute the towels when School Reopens.

Please note that Training will be cancelled this week due to some hooha about a first case of H1N1 in our school. Please do not be alarmed as it has yet been confirmed. Drink lots of water and be clean at all times.

I can see the budding potentials in the Sec 1s and you're building up your confidence!

As for the Sec 2s I'm soooooooo glad to see the fierce side of you girls, be sure to keep it up alright!

Sec 3s who returned from the OBS Camp I'm sure it was a great learning experience. Be sure to rest really well and pamper yourself before returning to the training mood! I look forward to see the progress made in you girls yeah.

Lastly the Sec4s and 5s, all the best for intensive mugging sessions and preparation for our final examinations. I may be organising some kinda stress relieving activities before taking our prelims, do flood me with some suggestions yeah. I'm thinking of Escape Theme Park or something crazy that yall can think of.

To all my dearest girls please take very good care of yourself. As all of you are aware that the outbreak of H1N1 virus is no kidding matter, we shan't let down our guards or be complacent about anything and everything.

Occasionally take a break and do some jogging or sports in order to maintain the fitness level we've once had. Enjoy this last week of holiday and see yall around in school next week!
